Shipping
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order, so there are two parts: production (2–5 business days) and delivery. All up it's usually around 5–12 business days depending on your country. Full timeframes are on our Shipping page.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide, with production handled at the facility closest to you (Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK or the EU) wherever possible to keep delivery fast.
How much is shipping?
It's calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Different items are sometimes made at different facilities, so they can ship separately — at no extra cost to you.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Usually not, since most orders are produced locally. If an order does cross a border, any import duty is the recipient's responsibility.
Sizing
How do I choose a size?
Check the size guide before you order. The easiest method: take a t-shirt you already own and love, lay it flat, measure across the chest just below the armhole, and match that number.
Are the tees and hoodies unisex?
Our core tees and hoodies are a unisex fit. If you prefer a closer fit, go one size down.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email support@theblockchainstore.co within 30 days and we'll help sort it — see our Returns & Refunds page.
Products & care
Are these made to order?
Yes. Every piece is printed just for you after you order — it's why dispatch takes a few days, and how we keep quality high.
How do I care for my gear?
Cold machine wash inside out with like colours, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and avoid ironing directly over the print. It'll keep looking sharp wash after wash.
Will the print last?
Prints are made to flex with the fabric and survive regular washing. Turn garments inside out to wash and they'll go the distance.
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@theblockchainstore.co within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best — after that it may already be in production.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Not yet — but we'd love to hear from you. Drop us a line at support@theblockchainstore.co.
Do you accept crypto payment?
Not at launch, but it's on the roadmap.

No. THE BLOCKCHAIN STORE is completely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ripple Labs, the Ethereum Foundation, or any other project. Our designs are original works inspired by the culture — not official merchandise.
Are your designs original?
Every one — drawn for this brand, never traced or pulled from stock libraries.
