Because every item is made to order especially for you, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges — please check the size guide before ordering.
That said, we stand behind our quality. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
Just email support@theblockchainstore.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. In most cases there's nothing to send back.
This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer guarantees, which are not excluded.
